Laughter lab is a new and different approach to boosting wellbeing, managing stress, preventing burnout and reducing workplace bullying.

Positive Emotions are increasingly being recognised for their long-term psychological and physiological benefits (1) through the release of serotonin and the reduction of cortisol levels, alongside physiological benefits equivalent to a cardio-vascular workout (2).

Research shows the impact of negative workplace experience can be reduced by exposure to increased and heartfelt positivity such as laughter.

We use evidence-based activities in our bespoke programmes to promote the health benefits of laughter.

The benefits of laughter are wide-reaching and can be overlooked, a reason we use science and evidence to find the right laughter programme for your organisation. Laughter is not always as it seems and can be under-utilised and misunderstood. The constant positive presence of laughter in our lives means it is increasingly the subject of scientific study and we believe it is time to extend its benefit and build greater personal and organisational resilience.

We all have access to breathing and laughter and we blend these two accessible resources to provide an opportunity for everyone to use laughter to boost mental and physical health.

We believe it is time to take laughter seriously.
