Understanding the science of laughter.
Laughter Lab is a new and different approach to boosting wellbeing, managing stress, building resilience and positively impacting mental health. We use evidence-based activities in our bespoke programmes to promote the health benefits of laughter.
What We Do.
Our Laughter sessions and Laughter Yoga workshops are highly interactive, allowing colleagues to build non-hierarchical, high quality positive relationships.
As thought leaders, we share insight, experience and ideas to promote the use of laughter in supporting workplace wellness and improved productivity.
We conduct and publish our own research, keeping up to date with the research of others in the rapidly expanding field of harnessing the power of laughter in the workplace.
